Notice to administrator: these terms cover the marketing website only. Customer-product terms live in the signed master service agreement. Have these reviewed by counsel before public launch.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Apply Intelligence marketing website at applyintel.ai. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Use of the site

You may browse the site, view its content and submit enquiries. You may not:

• Use the site in a way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including by submitting automated traffic, denial-of-service, or scraping at a rate likely to degrade service.
• Reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of the site's content beyond fair-use quotation.

Intellectual property

All content on the site (copy, code, design, brand assets) is owned by Apply Intelligence Ltd or licensed to us. The Apply Intelligence name and logo are our trade marks.

No warranty

The marketing site is provided “as is” for informational purposes. Capability claims, comparisons and ROI estimates on this site are illustrative; actual results will depend on your school's configuration and use. Anything that becomes a contractual commitment will appear in your signed agreement, not on this website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the marketing site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
