Privacy Policy

Notice to administrator: this is reasonable boilerplate to unblock the contact form's privacy link. Have it reviewed by counsel familiar with UK GDPR and PECR before public launch.

This policy explains how Apply Intelligence Ltd (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit applyintel.ai or when your school uses our admissions CRM. We are the data controller for the marketing-site data described here; for school customer data, the school is the controller and we are a processor under our Data Processing Agreement (/dpa).

What we collect

• Enquiry form data: name, work email, phone (optional), school name, role, school type, and any message you provide.
• Server logs: IP address, user agent and timestamps, retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Cookies: we do not set marketing or analytics cookies on this marketing site at present. See our cookie notice.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and run a walkthrough of the product (contractual / pre-contractual necessity, UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To follow up about a possible commercial relationship between you and us (legitimate interest, UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or writing to hello@applyintel.ai.
• To prevent abuse of the contact form (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

We use a small number of vetted sub-processors to operate the service:

• Google Cloud (London region): hosting and storage.
• Resend: transactional email delivery for enquiry notifications.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertising networks. International transfers, where they occur, are protected under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU SCCs.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, unless you become a customer (in which case retention is governed by the DPA) or you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@applyintel.ai. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
