How long does onboarding actually take?
A Starter school is live in a week: CSV import, eight pre-built email templates, two hours of training. A Growth school with an agent network typically takes two to three weeks; Enterprise with SIS integration and multi-campus rollout, four to six. We assign a single project lead.
What happens to our data?
UK-hosted on Cloud, school-level data isolation, Keycloak-backed authentication, full audit trail with IP logging. UK GDPR compliant with a published DPA we'll sign before kick-off. You own your data; export it any time as CSV or via the REST API.
Can it actually replace HubSpot or Salesforce?
For school admissions, yes, and for less than a third of the total cost of ownership once you account for consultants. Generic CRMs need extensive customisation to model registrations, bursaries, taster days, and agent commissions. We ship that out of the box.
